All bidets are exchangeable within 30 days (before installation). 
After installation, bidets are non-exchangeable due to personal hygiene concerns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged items.

The product being exchanged must have original packaging and be in new resalable condition.

No exchanges after installation.

The 30 days time frame for acceptance of exchanging merchandise starts from the delivery date of product.
No exchange of merchandise after this 30 day time window.

If merchandise returning is damaged and shipping company is not at fault, customer will pay for damaged product
